Okamoto Domen has an elegant atmosphere without the distinctive smell of a teppanyaki restaurant. The octopus in the seafood set is plump and delicious. The chewy texture of the kishimen noodles and the burnt aroma of the dashi soy sauce were irresistibly delicious. The fried rape blossoms and tofu with butter and large soy sauce type tofu are also delicious and assorted. The thinly sliced oysters were a cabbage-based okonomiyaki with a soy-sauce base that really hit the spot. Next time, I would like to order Miyako-soba and Omusoba.
