The view of Lake Ashi spreading out through the glass was very beautiful, and I felt excited the moment I sat down. I could see the self-roasting process right in front of me, and the fragrant aroma filled the shop. I tried a flight of coffees, and each one had a distinct personality, which was interesting. The lighter roast 'ASHINOKO' had a refreshing acidity and aroma, and it tasted even better while gazing at the lake. The salmon focaccia sandwich had a herbal flavor that was a great accent, perfectly complementing the chewy bread. I was able to enjoy a leisurely and luxurious time savoring cake and coffee in a quiet space.
