Located in the Japanese cuisine area of the hotel, it offers a calm atmosphere where you can relax and spend time leisurely. The signature pressed sushi made with Shinshu salmon has a wonderful aroma and a rich flavor, making it very delicious. The variety of nigiri is extensive, and the balance of the vinegared rice and the texture of the grains is just right, making it easy to eat. The chawanmushi (steamed egg custard) and the soup are also crafted with care, providing a comforting taste. There is a sake tasting set that serves as a perfect accent during the meal. The space has a pleasant quality without being pretentious, and the staff's service is friendly, resulting in a high level of satisfaction.
