Excellent sma cuisine & tai meshi in Ainan Town! I went to Ainan-cho because they are now experimentally cultivating Suma fish 👍. We ordered as much sashimi and seared fish as we could 😂. The whole body of the fish is not just a toro! The fat was so great it melted in my mouth in an instant 😋. The other dish, Uwajima-style tai-meshi made with sea bream from Fukaura was also excellent!

Morning🍴 [ Market Shokudo ] Sea bream sashimi set meal 🐟✨ Open from 7am because it's inside the market 🎵. No Biyabya today 😣😣. Ehime Kikai was not available either 😣😣😣😣.
