The first floor has a counter, and the second floor has tatami rooms, creating a calm yet casual atmosphere. The thinly sliced fugu is firm and has a nice texture, and the crunchiness of the skin is enjoyable. The boiled jelly is very impressive, and the umami is distinctly felt. The flow from the fugu hot pot to the finishing rice porridge is meticulous, allowing you to slowly enjoy the goodness of the broth. The fried fugu expands in flavor with each bite, and the texture is pleasant. The prompt service and self-serve drinks make for a comfortable experience.
