This is a well-known restaurant that has been popular for a long time, and even if you drop by casually, the calm atmosphere is pleasant. The sushi, hand-formed by skilled hands, has a slightly warm rice that, when placed in your mouth, combines with the topping to create a feeling of happiness. The lean tuna and medium fatty tuna are rich in flavor, making me smile involuntarily. The scallops and engawa are also fresh, with a natural sweetness that spreads. The careful preparation of the ikura and rolls kept me entertained until the end without getting bored. Even the miso soup, filled with ingredients, was delicious, and the satisfaction lasted until after the meal.
