The interior of the restaurant is calm and relaxing. The soba noodles, milled in house on a millstone, are aromatic and the more you chew them, the more flavorful they become. The specialty, ita-soba, is firm and goes well with the dipping sauce. Tempura is freshly fried and crispy, and the variety of ingredients is delightful. The soba noodles with mushrooms and red bean paste has a pleasant aroma of yuzu (Japanese citron) and the red bean paste is hot. The kaimochi is soft and glutinous, and the kaeshi soy sauce gives it a delicious flavor.
