When you take off your shoes and enter, there is a small red bridge over a pond at the end of a red carpet, where eels swim. They prepare the eels fresh after you place your order, so you can really appreciate the quality of the freshly made dish. The eel has a wonderful aroma, the flesh is fluffy and tender, and it is well-marbled with fat, making it very satisfying. It's delicious enough to bring a smile to your face.
