The renovated interior of the barn has high ceilings and is very stylish. As expected from a popular restaurant that is hard to get a reservation at, I was able to relax and spend time in a calm atmosphere. The focaccia that came out first was fluffy, and the saltiness was exquisite, which impressed me. The salad was substantial, and the aroma of the seaweed from Tokunoshima was refreshing. In addition to pasta and pizza, there were also breaded wild boar and beef braised in wine, all of which conveyed their deliciousness in just one bite. With a wide variety of wines available, enjoying them with the dishes makes for an even happier dining experience.
