In a small shop by the sea, the view through the window is pleasant and calming. The clear soup infused with bonito flavor is light, making you want to drink it all the way to the last drop. The soft cartilage soki is melt-in-your-mouth tender, and eating it with the noodles brings happiness. Adding a little pickled ginger or kochujang changes the flavor, making it even more enjoyable. The topping of aosa seaweed spreads a gentle aroma of the sea and pairs well with the simple ingredients. I also had sataa andagi, which has a rustic sweetness that was perfect after the soup.

This is a cozy little shop by the sea, with counter and table seating. The clear soup, which has a prominent bonito flavor, is very delicious. The soft bone pork is tender and melts in your mouth, with a good amount of collagen. The Okinawa soba is topped with three pieces of slowly simmered pork belly, and the pickled ginger adds a nice accent. There are Okinawan-style dishes like soba champuru with bitter melon, vegetable soba, and hearty jushi. After the meal, you can also enjoy Blue Seal ice cream and sata andagi, which are great for takeout.
