The cold appetizer platter is impressive at first glance, and each item is well-seasoned, lifting my spirits. The cloud-white meat, made with thinly sliced pork and cucumber, is paired with a garlic-infused sauce that makes it irresistibly delicious. The plump shrimp coated in a creamy mayo sauce leaves a refreshing aftertaste. The fried rice with homemade char siu is perfectly integrated with the rice and ingredients, achieving a level of perfection that cannot be replicated at home. The thin noodles stir-fried with fragrant beef in a thick sauce have an excellent balance of texture and richness. The piping hot soup and Chinese tea served in a pot, along with the meticulous attention to detail, create a comfortable atmosphere, allowing for a thoroughly satisfying experience throughout.
