The interior is bright and clean, with a calm Japanese aesthetic. It gives the impression of being frequented by locals, allowing for a relaxed atmosphere. The pork cutlet is tender and light, with a crispy coating. The loin has a good balance of fat and lean meat, making it feel less heavy. You can change the flavor with table salt and several types of sauces, providing various enjoyable options. There are also skewered cutlets, shrimp tempura, squid tempura, and ginger pork, and the set meals come with small side dishes, miso soup, and salad, ensuring satisfaction.
