The pork cartilage has a crunchy texture, and the more you chew, the more the flavor spreads. Not only the classic pork, but there are also beef offal and chicken skin, so you won't get bored. The finish is seasoned with salt, and the roasted flavor becomes addictive. It is located near the intersection of Kamitenma-cho, on the first floor of a building, marked by a banner. It is perfect as a snack for drinking at home and pairs wonderfully with beer.
