It’s a shop that unexpectedly appears in a residential area after a short walk from the station. When you open the door, a bright, family-run atmosphere spreads out, making it easy to sit down even for first-time visitors. There is a counter and a tatami room, where familiar customers and new ones chat amicably. The yakitori is surprisingly large, and the aroma of charcoal and the juiciness of the meat are irresistible. In particular, the crunchy texture of the pork cartilage and the fluffy texture of the chicken thigh left a strong impression, and the saltiness enhanced the umami of the ingredients. Additionally, takeout is available, so enjoying it slowly at home is also recommended.
