There are many seasonal flavors available, and you can enjoy ingredients selected from all over the country. In particular, the monkfish liver hot pot, white fish tempura, grilled autumn salmon, and bite-sized steak are all impressive and very delicious. The sashimi and grilled rice balls served with soup, as well as the bamboo shoots and ice cream, are all carefully prepared, ensuring satisfaction until the end. The selection of sake is also extensive, allowing you to slowly enjoy the pairing with the dishes. The tatami seating is relaxing, and the attentive service from the staff leaves a good impression. The calm atmosphere allows for a leisurely experience, and it is delightful to be able to savor local blessings and flavors from various regions together.
