I was excited to start grilling right away at a seat prepared with charcoal. The tongue salt was grilled to a fragrant finish, and adding a little lemon made the aftertaste refreshing. The Murakami beef short ribs were enhanced in flavor when tasted with salt, and the fat was not heavy, making it easy to eat. I could enjoy a good balance of offal, liver, lettuce, and kimchi, all of which felt fresh. The staff's explanations were thorough, allowing me to order without hesitation even as a first-timer. The semi-private table was spacious, and it was nice to grill in a calm atmosphere.
