In a traditional farmhouse-style shop nestled in the mountains, I was excited from the moment I opened the door and experienced the spaciousness of the high ceiling. The gluten-free quiche has a crispy crust and creamy filling that surprises with every bite. There are many varieties, including ones with large chunks of mushrooms and those fragrant with ratatouille, making the selection process enjoyable. As soon as you place your order, they warm it up for you, filling the air with the aroma of freshly baked goods, which brings a sense of happiness. They also offer chiffon cake and drinks, and even the herb-infused water is served with care, making it easy to linger longer than planned. Sitting on a bench and enjoying the view while savoring the food is also a charm, and I think it's perfect for a break during a drive.
