The beans, carefully finished with home roasting, have a rich aroma. A veteran couple does the roasting, so you can choose with confidence. The Ethiopian Washed Mocha Yirgacheffe is refreshing like black tea, with a gentle floral scent lingering in the aftertaste. The Mandheling is roasted a bit darker, providing a solid enjoyment. The linden blend is also good, and I was happy to learn some tips for paper drip brewing. You can feel the fine adjustments in roasting, allowing you to enjoy a mellow flavor at home.
