I had a seafood bowl with marinated ingredients, and the tuna and white fish were moist and very delicious. The aroma of chopped perilla leaves was prominent, and the harmony with the rice was pleasant. The miso soup, chawanmushi (savory egg custard), and small side dishes were all carefully prepared, providing a sense of satisfaction. The bowl was beautifully presented, allowing me to enjoy a variety of toppings. The warm, traditional atmosphere made it a place where locals leisurely enjoy sushi, snacks, and drinks. It can get crowded, so it's reassuring to call ahead and check the situation before going out.
