We use Naotan's special additive-free dough, pile on plenty of vegetables such as cabbage, green onions, bean sprouts, etc., and steam them. Then we add your choice of noodles and cook them. It takes about 15-20 minutes to combine all the ingredients deliciously, so please wait to see the special finish on the iron plate. *You can choose from 3 types of noodles: soba, udon, spicy noodles (extra 50 yen).
