Gabriel pork is just delicious! Interior, Exterior, Atmosphere Right next to the north exit of Nakano station. It is very easy to access. The restaurant has a glass wall so you can see inside. The interior of the restaurant is not so spacious, but it has a clean and stylish L-shaped counter. The atmosphere is very good. Menu Gaburi Pork Soba Noodle Taste, Costa I have tried several restaurants that serve oil soba, but this one tops them all when it comes to ease of eating. The chewy noodles and special sauce, as well as the raayu and vinegar, are mild and very tasty. The noodles go down smoothly in the stomach. The main dish is the KAKUNI (square stew) that is placed in the center of the dish. It is very well-balanced and delicious. It is not too tender, but has both a firm texture and softness. The sweetness of the sauce that seeps out as you bite into it is a perfect match for the abura soba. The price is quite a bit higher than the price of aburasoba, but I highly recommend that those who come to the restaurant add the goburi pork to their order. It is worth it. Service and customer service Service is good. The menu is clearly explained and the greeting is energetic and pleasant. General comment Open all day, right in front of the station, healthy and tasty oil soba noodles. It is good for lunch, dinner, or to finish off a night of drinking. I would definitely use this restaurant again when I come to Nakano to finish off a night of drinking.
