It is located in a slightly secluded area, and the calm space that utilizes the storehouse is pleasant. There is a counter and a raised area, making it a great place to relax. The handmade soba, made from freshly milled flour, has a firm texture and a good bite. The dipping sauce is rich yet elegant, allowing you to enjoy the aroma of the soba. The umami of the duck broth combined with the fragrant grilled green onions makes it hard to stop eating. You can choose between 100% local buckwheat flour or 80% buckwheat flour, and after your meal, you can also enjoy soba ice cream or soba crepes.
