A short walk from Nakagami Station leads to a small bistro with a calm atmosphere. With a total of about a dozen seats at the counter and tables, it's impressive that the owner manages everything alone. The salad that comes out first, featuring carrot rabe and homemade dressing, is refreshing and instantly lifts your spirits. The omurice, slow-cooked with beef tongue, has a melt-in-your-mouth texture that makes it hard to stop eating. The balsamic-braised spare ribs are so tender they fall apart, and they pair excellently with the butter rice. With a rich selection of wines, I think it's a wonderful place to enjoy a leisurely meal alongside the dishes.
