When I entered the restaurant and ordered a great combination, the first dish that came out was the sesame sauce on the chicken salad, which was fragrant and made me excited from the first bite. Next, the Sichuan-style mapo tofu was piping hot, with a sharp spiciness and deep richness that lingered. The seafood crispy rice, finished on a hot plate, had a satisfying sizzling sound and steam when the sauce was poured over it, and it was loaded with ingredients. The salt and pepper fried shrimp, fried whole in their shells, were crispy and fragrant, and despite being simple, they were irresistibly delicious. The steamed shumai had a fluffy texture with the flavor of shiitake mushrooms, offering a gentle taste. The almond tofu for dessert was rich, with a subtle sweetness that lingered pleasantly in my throat, leaving me completely satisfied until the end.
