Visit a restaurant that refuses to be interviewed! In case of bad weather, go to a restaurant with a long line! We were visiting on a day when the heaviest snowfall in four years fell in Tokyo. The restaurant was introduced on the TV program "Shops that Refuse to be Interviewed. I had already learned from Google Doc that it is just across the crosswalk from the nearest station, Eifukucho, and as I was waiting for the signal, the smell of dried fish was wafting from the direction of the restaurant. As expected, there were no people waiting outside on that day, but the restaurant, with counter seats and tables, was nearly 70% full even though it was around 3:00 p.m. I ordered the Chinese noodles (with raw egg: 1,180 yen) that Jimon Terakado had in the program, and thought the price was a bit aggressive for ramen and raw egg, but... When the bowl of noodles arrived, it was so large that it seemed to be more than 2 bowls of noodles. The amount of soup was also generous, so that it was actually equivalent to two bowls of ramen. As soon as I took a sip of the soup, a pleasant aroma of niboshi (dried sardines) filled my nostrils. One of my followers posted that the soup was very hot, but perhaps it was because it was so cold outside that it felt just right. The noodles are moderately frizzy and the broth is entwined with them. Personally, I would prefer them to be a little harder, but they are delicious and go down my throat. It was the first time for me to try ramen with a raw egg, and I thought the egg was a perfect combination with the soy-sauce flavored soup. I was almost addicted to it. There was also a souvenir ramen on sale, but I decided to pass on it this time because it came with two eggs by default. The customer service was courteous, with cashmere tissues on every seat, so I am sure I will return.

He says he goes to the restaurant at least 4 times a week. There are many ways to eat ramen, His recommendation is to eat ramen in the style of sukiyaki. He recommends eating the ramen in a sukiyaki style, Add a raw egg → add soy sauce → toss the noodles together. I like this one! I love it! In any case, the noodles are so hot (they don't cool down at all) I can't eat it otherwise. And this amount, is there 3 balls? It's not a big bowl or anything, but what the hell is this amount of noodles 😂😂😂. The amount of additional menma was also unusual 😂😂 I wondered what was going on with the cheapest menu being 1,130 yen, but I guess that's what you get with this amount of food. I guess that's what you get for this amount, you can fit your face in the bowl 😂😂.
