With a traditional atmosphere, you can enjoy ramen in a calm setting. The aroma of stir-fried bean sprouts complements the soup and is very appetizing. The curly noodles pick up the soup well and slide down easily. The flavor is lighter than it looks, with a refreshing aftertaste. There are homemade shumai, stir-fried bean sprouts and menma, and even curry, making it fun to choose. The cold bottled beer is also refreshing, allowing you to enjoy your time in a lively atmosphere.

The striking red noren (curtain) creates an impression and evokes a traditional atmosphere. The miso soup, filled with fragrant stir-fried bean sprouts and chopped green onions, is refreshing to drink. The medium-thick curly noodles are chewy and blend well with the soup. The firm chashu (braised pork) and the gently flavored menma (bamboo shoots) enhance the overall dish. The homemade shumai (dumplings) are fluffy and large, and they taste great with vinegar and pepper. The soup filled with wontons is also recommended, and it's nice that they ask if you'd like to add bean sprouts.
