At first, I was a little nervous about the appearance, but once I went inside, a warm atmosphere spread out, and I felt relieved. The owner is very friendly and welcomes any topic with a smile, making it extremely comfortable. The sashimi is surprisingly thick and fresh, bursting with flavor with every bite. There is a rich variety of seasonal fish and chicken dishes, all highlighting the quality of the ingredients. I was impressed by the spirit of service, as they carefully prepared even the ingredients I brought myself. It's a place I definitely want to stop by in Matsumoto, whether with friends or alone.
