The rice flour pancakes are very impressive. The combination of chestnut paste with astringent skin and kumquat is fragrant, bringing happiness with every bite. The texture changes with the chunky chestnut paste between the layers of batter, keeping it enjoyable until the end. The milk cream and milk ice that evoke the feeling of cherry blossoms, along with the apple compote shaped like cherry blossoms, are visually delightful. The layers of figs, cream cheese, and white bean paste, combined with dried figs, pair perfectly with melted vanilla ice cream. The calming atmosphere allows for a leisurely tasting experience, which is delightful.
