I am pleased with the wide range of menu options that include not only sushi but also noodles and rice bowls. The champon is loaded with ingredients, and while the soup is rich, it has a light aftertaste that made me drink it all. The nigiri has thick toppings that balance well with the rice, and I can feel the freshness with every bite. In particular, the original mayonnaise on the salad rolls is creamy and pairs perfectly with the vinegared rice. The inari sushi has a sweet flavor that spreads pleasantly, and I was impressed, as expected from a sushi restaurant. I think it’s a cozy Japanese-style restaurant where anyone can enjoy themselves comfortably, no matter who they come with.
