I could hear the sizzling sound of the iron plate on the counter, which made me excited. It's fun to be able to choose between Hiroshima-style and Kansai-style, allowing me to change the flavors based on my mood that day. The special with squid, shrimp, and pork was packed with plenty of vegetables, and I could eat it without getting bored until the end. The grilled beef tendon was tender, with the diced meat perfectly complementing the savory sauce. The style of eating salad wrapped in seaweed was unique, and the crunchiness was addictive. Thanks to the warm hospitality of the cheerful staff, I was able to enjoy a relaxing time.
