Upon entering, a magnificent single slab counter and showcase catch the eye, and you can feel the freshness of the ingredients. The tempura rice bowl set is abundant with ingredients, featuring three large shrimp proudly placed on top, and the light batter allows for a delicious experience until the very end. It comes with three small side dishes, a clear soup, and steamed egg custard, leaving me satisfied with the contents. The sushi is prepared after ordering, and it's delightful to see the ingredients being cut and lined up one after another right in front of me. The rice is not too cold, and the flounder, tuna, yellowtail, and sandfish are all fresh and delicious. I also had the marinated mackerel, which was very tasty, and I feel this is a calm place to enjoy a meal near Gotsu Station.
