In the quiet interior of a shop located at the top of the mountain pass, you can spend your time in a relaxed manner. The handmade soba is slightly thicker and goes down smoothly. The dipping sauce is a bit on the strong side, which pairs well with the soba, making it hard to put down the chopsticks. The grated spicy daikon served on top has a mild sauce, and its sharp flavor is delightful. It's also nice to have the option to choose between 100% buckwheat and 80% buckwheat, and the seasonal tempura is exciting with its variety. The friendly service from the staff is pleasant, and I enjoyed the soba broth as a finishing touch.
