The interior of the restaurant is clean and calm, allowing for a relaxed time at the counter. The chef carefully prepares the sushi by himself, and the waiting time is justified by the quality of the dishes. The Edomae-style sushi is well-executed, with a good balance between the toppings and the rice. The lunch is limited in quantity and comes with aseaweed red miso soup and steamed dishes, providing satisfaction. The course meal allows you to enjoy appetizers, tempura, chawanmushi, sushi, red miso soup, and dessert in succession. The batter is light, and the sweetness of the corn tempura is impressive, making it delicious until the very end.
