When you open the wooden sliding door, you are immediately greeted by warm air and smiling staff. The counter and tables are comfortably arranged, allowing you to sit peacefully even alone. A rich aroma of dashi wafts from the kitchen, providing a comforting taste. Dishes like fine mozuku seaweed and potato salad with surf clams, as well as deep-fried loach, offer a variety of slightly unusual items that you can enjoy without getting bored. The grilled vegetables and the snacks topped with cream cheese and salted kelp have a wonderful combination of ingredients that pairs well with drinks. When you consult the owner about sake that complements your meal, they even change the vessel for you, making each sip a new discovery at this establishment.
