After all, Futaba Sushi's Sukimi Tekka is delicious. I wanted to serve it to the people I had helped, We made a reservation for 6 people on the day we were visiting Numazu for an event, and although we were about 15 minutes early, we went straight to the tatami room. We ordered sukimi-tsuruhi plus a set of each of our favorites and sake, and chatted for about two hours. The Sukimi Tekka arrived shortly after our order was placed, and it was well received and quickly consumed. All the other items were also well received. It is a bit expensive for Numazu, but it is a good choice for special occasions. We were able to make our reservations through this site and had a great time.
