Right next to Inagi Nagunuma Station, the store has a pleasant atmosphere with Okinawan music playing inside. It seems to be run by a parent and child, creating a warm ambiance that is comforting. The Okinawa soba features chewy noodles delivered from Miyako, which pair well with the flavorful broth made from bonito, kelp, and pork. The pork egg, carrot shirishiri, and juicy rice balls are all satisfying with their careful flavors. The shelves are lined with bottles of awamori, and you can also enjoy Orion beer, which lifts your spirits. On the way out, I was treated to sweet potato sata andagi as a complimentary service, leaving me feeling happy until the very end.
