Delicious Minori Pizza Overflowing with Flavor

Minori Pizza is an attractive pizza restaurant located in Shimizu Town, offering takeout, terrace seating, and service from a food truck. The interior, housed in a beautiful container, has a charming atmosphere that is very comfortable. The pizza dough is chewy, allowing you to fully enjoy the flavor of the wheat, and the harmony with the toppings is exquisite. The homemade sauces made with fresh ingredients, such as the arugula and chicken salad pizza, are especially recommended.

The blue container is a landmark, making it easy to find. The outer layer of the dough is crispy, while the inside is chewy, with a strong aroma of wheat. You can enjoy a half-and-half option, experiencing the nuttiness of 'four types of cheese and buckwheat' and the creaminess of 'lily bulb and bacon tarako mayo' at the same time. The gentle sweetness of the Tokachi Shimizu town wheat 'Harukirari' pairs very well with the toppings. There are also frozen pizzas available, which can be easily prepared at home by placing aluminum foil in a frying pan; once the cheese melts, it's ready to eat. There are eat-in options, terrace seating, and wood-fired cooking from a food truck, making it an exciting experience.
