Yakitori is served two skewers at a time, and the crispy texture of the skin pairs very well with the slightly sweet sauce. The liver skewers are well-cooked, and when dipped in miso, they become even more fragrant and delicious. The offal stew includes konjac and radish, and the green onions and ginger on top provide a nice accent. For lunch, you can also choose meat juice udon, which has chewy noodles and plenty of green onions and meat that soak into the soup, resulting in high satisfaction. There is a wide variety of alcoholic beverages, including Hoppy and whiskey, making it perfect for when you just want to have a drink. It's also a nice point that all seats are non-smoking, allowing you to relax without worrying about smoke.
