The highly-rated takeout hormone is delicious on its own with a sweet miso flavor. The cut is thinly sliced pork small intestine, making it easy to grill without any unpleasant smell. Inside the restaurant, you can also enjoy kalbi, beef tongue, and jingisukan, all of which are tender. The beef tongue is easy to eat even when thick, and dipping it in sauce enhances its flavor. The jingisukan is seasoned and pairs very well with rice. When taken out and grilled over charcoal, the aroma increases, making it even more enjoyable.
