Unique Ramen Nagaoka is known for its ginger soy sauce, but this ramen is more of a Tsubame-Sanjo type ramen, generally speaking, with plenty of back fat. It is a hearty bowl of ramen, so you should order a large portion with caution! This time I had the fork noodles!

Located in Nagaoka, famous for its ginger soy sauce, this popular restaurant has been serving back fat ramen for a long time. The original taste, though the service of putting in all the green onions seems to have ended! The ramen itself was The ramen itself was as delicious as ever.
