The hot coffee has a rich aroma, is easy to drink, and has a mild bitterness. The small parfait is topped with persimmon, chestnut cream, and sweet red bean paste, offering a refined sweetness. The dishes on the plate have a homemade feel and a gentle flavor, and the meat sauce on bread with cheese is also delicious. It's convenient to park a car in front of the shop, and the efforts to support conservation activities are wonderful.

In a calm atmosphere, you can relax slowly in the store. The hot coffee roasted over charcoal has a rich aroma, with a mild bitterness that makes it easy to drink. The acidity is low, and you can feel a solid richness, which is delightful to enjoy in a ceramic cup. I chose the mini parfait with a Japanese twist, and I loved the combination of persimmon, chestnut cream, sweet potato cream, red bean paste, sweet potato chips, and milk agar, which had a natural sweetness. The store has a style where different shops rotate in the same location, and it's convenient as takeout is also available. It's easy to park in front of the store, and while you may have to wait a little for your order, you can relax in the quiet atmosphere.
