The thick cuts of meat are all lined up, and I feel excited even before cooking. The A5 beef is very delicious and provides satisfaction with every bite. The tongue is thick and very filling. The beef tripe is fresh, and its flavor stands out with just salt, while the miso offal has a pleasant aroma and is fun to grill. The lamb has no strong odor and is easy to eat. The kimchi is also flavorful, and every dish is generously portioned, leaving me very satisfied.
