The interior of the restaurant features a counter and tatami seating, creating a calm atmosphere where you can relax. The carefully prepared beef stew has a clear umami flavor that brings a smile to your face. The skewers and dumpling hot pot made with Hinai chicken have a great texture and a concentrated umami taste. The mushroom-based appetizers, as well as the squid mixed with miso and salted squid, pair perfectly with sake. The selection of local sake is extensive, making it easy to enjoy another cup. The staff are friendly, and I truly felt a sense of comfort.
