You can enjoy drinking in a quiet atmosphere. Both the counter and tables have plenty of space, allowing you to relax without worrying about those around you. The sake and shochu are abundant, and you can savor them slowly while appreciating their aromas. The snacks have a unique twist on traditional Japanese flavors, and the savory potato salad was particularly good. The marinated natural yellowtail has a rich umami flavor, and it's just right to eat as is. The minced meat curry, layered with dashi made from kelp, bonito flakes, and dried shiitake mushrooms, also has a hint of tomato flavor, making it perfect for a finishing touch.
