Upon entering the store, the high ceiling and cool atmosphere made the waiting time comfortable. The spacious seating allowed for a relaxed experience. The kishimen, with its wide, smooth noodles, was complemented by a clear broth, and the sweetly simmered fried tofu and sansho leaves added a refined touch. A small serving of offal stew was included, making the flavor variations enjoyable. The Japanese-Western sweets we ordered after the meal were cute in mini size, and the elegant sweetness of the red bean paste paired perfectly with the refreshing fruits. You can enjoy your preferred Japanese tea by adding hot water yourself, allowing for a leisurely experience until the end.
