Upon entering the shop, the high ceiling and the warmth of the wood create a spacious and relaxed atmosphere. Thanks to the fire from the stove and the view from the window, the feeling of being in the highlands deepens even more. The menu offers a variety of options, from tempura rice bowls to curry and cake sets, making it a fun challenge to decide what to choose. I opted for a bowl topped with fragrant tempura of iwana (char), and enjoyed the satisfaction of the sweetness of local vegetables. The coffee I ordered after the meal also had a refreshing taste, allowing me to feel the clear water of the highlands. As I sat back and relaxed, the visuals on the monitor and the soft music were pleasant, and I ended up staying longer than I intended.
