Located in a quiet rural area, the sign is modest, but the traditional farmhouse appearance is really nice. As you pass through the low entrance and take off your shoes, the polished floor and the beautifully arranged wildflowers and utensils greet you. A large semicircular table and classic hanging lights are lined up, and from the windows, you can see greenery and large trees, which is calming. The explanations are polite and not pushy, and it feels comfortable as they serve at our pace. The dishes feature vegetables as the main attraction, valuing the essence of the ingredients, while occasionally surprising us with flavors like curry, which is enjoyable. The hand-made thin white soba and the suggestion to change the flavor with beef tataki, as well as the delicious butterbur miso rice, were all very tasty.
