The town Chinese restaurant in front of the city hall has a clean interior that is comfortable. It has a counter, raised seating, and tables, creating a bright atmosphere that is easy to enter. The soy sauce-based ramen has a wonderful aroma and a clear taste that makes it hard to stop eating. The noodles have just the right amount of chewiness and pair well with toppings like chashu, menma, and naruto. The fried rice, finished with a light touch, is fragrant and more satisfying than it looks. The smooth wontons and the mildly spiced pork cutlet are also impressive, and you can feel the care put into each dish.
