The interior is clean and has a calm atmosphere, making it comfortable. The signature Chiyo Gendotan pork cutlet is thick, with a slightly pink and moist center. The thin batter has a light color and is not greasy, allowing you to fully appreciate the flavor of the meat. The fat is light and melts in your mouth, which is nice as it doesn't leave you feeling heavy after the meal. The homemade sauce pairs well with the cabbage, but it's also excellent when eaten with seaweed salt and mustard.
