Here, you can taste various types of sake centered around Koshino Homare, and it is very exciting. The gently spreading aroma and the crisp aftertaste are pleasant with each sip. There is a wide variety, including Daiginjo and namazake, so both dry and fruity lovers can be satisfied. Inside the facility, there are exhibits where you can learn about the brewing process in a fun way, making it twice as enjoyable to see and drink. Another delightful point is being able to relax in the Japanese garden after the tasting. Spending time with friends in this space surrounded by nature feels very luxurious and brings happiness.
